Umu Studios presents Gathered, featuring new work from Carol Horst, Ann Cutting, Joan Laidig, Diana Lin Ajemian, and Mariana Micheli. Gathered explores the instinct to come together around objects, spaces, rituals, and one another. The exhibition considers gathering in its many forms: accumulation and arrangement, intimacy and community, domestic rituals, shared environments, collected materials, and relationships between forms.
Studio members will also have their own studios open for more work to be viewed and sold.
